Renewable Heating
As the cost of living continues to rise and fossil fuels become increasingly limited and expensive, renewable energies have never been more important to both consumers and the environment.
In the past, businesses and home owners have often been put off from adopting renewable technology, due to the high cost of installation and modest return. With the launch of the ‘Boiler Upgrade Scheme’ and most recently the RHI scheme, the government has taken action to ensure those who switch to renewables save money compared to traditional energy. Grants with the new BUS can now get a voucher for up to the value of £6000 depending on which source your using, either a heat pump or a ground source heat pump.
